20+ bottle n dolphins nth past the head.

Covenham res today.
Black-necked and Slavonian grebes, together at times, great northern diver in the opposite calmercorner was obliging.
Whoopers touched down briefly. Redshank, g c grebe, swallow & 1st house martin of year.

North Duffield carrs:
Scaup, dunlin, redshank, great egret, pintail, wigeon, stonechat marsh harrier and with patience and rain eased briefly the magnificent white tailed eagle appeared out of the gloom. Flew from River bank to distant tree ~12.. honest😶‍🌫️

Didn't catch up with the white tailed eagle this visit.
Nice to see great egret & little at East Cottingwith.
Most other birds seen were flying along the river from Aughton, marsh harrier buzzard & wildfowl incl pintails wigeon & teal.
