I was not worried about operator. Not expecting them to be cheery, etc. all the time. Technically, I did call at night lol. I wouldn't like someone calling me at night.
This aside, will be calling again.
Just called (2nd time), waited a bit on a line (1-2 minutes), got in, respectfully objected to FOI changes, asked to pass to Premier.
I felt the operator was a bit annoyed, so maybe they do get calls.
BUT, the lines need to be flooded even more! I should wait in line to complain.
