Gary Lineker is a retired footballer who for 20+ years has been a sports presenter for the BBC. He regularly upsets Daily Mail readers (fox news watchers your side of the pond) and their ilk by saying that it'd actually be quite nice if our govt wasn't corrupt and unkind
