Great gift!

Wow, that cat paw packs a punch! Looks great! It's a film I'd love to try one day but if I've understood correctly, production was a limited run.

Beautiful. What great clarity, contrast and tonal range. Are the problems in 120 linked to the backing paper ink leaving "ghosts" on the film like we've seen with other brands?

So cool!

BTW, if you write dates like many Europeans, 1 October could also work...

I don’t know the first thing about Polaroids but is this a frequent problem, and could it be fixed?

If Canon had made an SLR for 8x10’’ roll film…

Didn’t know that. Did you find out why they opted for remjet in Kodachrome?

I also want to add my thanks to you, Paula, and say that I completely agree with Matilda that it opened up for a lot of positive, friendly and super interesting interactions in the community.

Thanks! These cast iron “design elements”, typically associated with older buildings and public installations, often make me stop and look at them as works of art. I feel I am still not doing them justice in my photos but it's a subject I want to pursue.

Hope you will be happy with the results! HP5+ is an extremely versatile film. I haven't shot it in a while.

Thanks a lot! That's super-kind. I'd love to explore different kinds of ironwork more in the future.

Thank you very much. I am fascinated by ornamental wrought iron but also struggle to do it justice through photography and rarely happy with what I get.

A 28mm prime has quickly become my 2nd most used lens on Minolta AF. It's a fantastic focal length for walking around both cities and countryside, I find. So I would warmly recommend it.

What a great party. Just posted my last series this time.

Thanks for the initiative and the organisation! I hope we can do it again next year, maybe also during a few weeks around the Easter break?

No big deal! I was actually most surprised at the randomness. Just two weeks earlier, I travelled from the same airport, and the security officer on duty that day literally said “this machine is pretty strong stuff; we’d better hand inspect your film” 🤷

That’s good to hear!

I flew out from Brussels, Belgium, today. The security staff said they would only hand check film at or above 2600 ISO (strange number!), so they unfortunately scanned my rolls (ISO from 100-400), which were in a lead-lined pouch from Domke.
