Good save! I run a duel setup timer and thermometer because it's not usual for me to forget one or the other. Timer to get me roughly to the right spot within 10-15 minutes, and a leave-in thermometer to really really let me know when the bread is done. I can't recommend one enough.
What's the broad strokes of the recipe here? Most bread is done by an hour or so.
