Just out by Shelley Jager: rdcu.be/edEnO. One of the fastest & deepest plasma glycoproteomics studies. Take home message; we even detect glycosylated cytokines and chemokines, but also still need better software. #glycotime @utrechtuniversity.bsky.social @bijvoet-centre.bsky.social

Photo dump from a great time last week at EBF Barcelona. Grateful for the opportunity to share our #glycotime efforts!

Happy to share the good news! Officially received the award this week at EBF Barcelona. I am on a mission to convince more people about the promises of #glycotime in immuno-oncology. Please hit me with your favorite examples of #glycotime in cancer.
Could it be possible to make a gif or something? Would love to use this in intro slides!
Fumbled through the interview, but slipped at least 6 #glycotime
mentions
Arrived at European Bioanalysis Symposium. 3 days of talks, should we keep count of (if any) times #glycotime takes the stage?
Hey 🦋! We at MIT BE @mitdeptofbe.bsky.social are searching for a tenure-track faculty colleague at the interface of #immunology and #biologicalengineering. Still plenty of time to apply before our priority deadline on 12/1, more details here: tinyurl.com/2p8hs6hu.
Please share widely!
It has been a life saver. Having the ability to model glycans detected by our analytical approaches and showcase them on a relevant protein structures to biologist colleagues with no glyco or MS experience really helps to push the message through on potential functional implications!
My first #glycotime post here is going to be calling this out:

How does this pass the peer review of what is a supposedly prestigious journal?
