If I can learn Irish, I believe anyone can. I was useless at Irish at school. I got a D in Ordinary level Irish in the Leaving Cert. I got 9% in an assessment years later. I never used a word until I had children.

BREAKING NEWS:
Irish banks and airlines have stated they WILL recognise the síneadh fada in peoples' names and addresses by the 1,000th anniversary of the Anglo-Norman invasion in 2169.

It's great to see positive attitudes to Irish in young adults reported recently, but if up to 45% report leaving English-medium education with little to no Irish, the revival can't reach its potential.
Meanwhile, Irish-medium schools are still less than 10% of schools.
