What a stunner ๐
A photo of mine grabbed off the Norfolk Moths website of said species
Well if I caught that in my trap here in the UK thatโs what Iโd be calling it ๐
Farage's fossil-fuel-financed gang of privately-educated former Tories wants to scrap the Equality Act, halt action on the climate crisis and frack the UK.
A vote for Farage is a vote for Trumpist politics in the UK:

Stunning shot ๐
Our public services arenโt for a secretive profit-hungry US tech firm. Sign the petition to tell the Government to scrap all contracts with secretive US tech firm Palantir. you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/st...
I actually thought it was a post from James looking at the images initially
Lovely shots
4 GN Divers in Wells Harbour, Norfolk may be relatable. There did seem to be an uptick in reports around the county at that time
The reviewer wasnโt wrong.
As are a lot of the โscarcerโ micros, I suspect
A cracking start to the year Paul. Thatโs one of my bogey moths ๐
A bonus Red Kite too ๐
I managed to read the ring on this bird at Cromer in October 2017 that had been ringed in Nunavet. It returned to our stretch of coastline every year up until last winter !
As Zappa sang "Watch out where the Huskies go and don't eat you eat that yellow snow"
That's a belter Jim, the bird and the photo ๐
Seawatching was the order of the day today in the wake of Storm Amy. As expected there wasn`t enough north in the wind at Cley, but still, enough of a blow for a few Sooty & Manx S/waters & a handful of Arctic Skuas + Gannets, Auks, Divers etc. #SuperSeabirdSunday
We flounced out of the EU on the say-so of politicians who lied to us. And what a total shitshow thatโs turned out to be. The polar opposite of what they promised. Now the call to flounce out of the ECHR. By the same people. Telling the same lies. Has the country been kicked in the head by a horse?

At least it's not a spliff

A revisit of the Pecs Sands at Sallthouse paid divdends this morning when a seemingly fresh in-off male Pallid Harrier cut across our field of view heading inland. c1 hour later I bumped into it again over the Cley reserve. Just brilliant. Glossy Ibis, Cattle Egrets etc were relegated to "padders"
Wow, fantastic. Wish I was still down there.
I had the cheaper Schmidt and Bender equivalent. Disappointed from the outset ๐
All fascinating stuff as usual Phil
