Purple is a skin for the reclaimer, and I don’t think NPC ships are spawning with skins, so at least the reclaimer was player owned at one point.

After I posted this initially I saw another post that suggested exactly what you did. Saw my RAM was underclocked. I turned on XMP and got another 10 fps. Crazy that setting isn’t default.
