I'm really glad so many creatives in Hollywood are standing up to this merger of Warner Bros and Paramount because it genuinely is something that will be damaging to creatives and jobs. I hope this merger crashes because it is terrifying and not something that should happen.
If only studios would green light shows and support creators of original content instead of overdeveloping IP and killing projects before they ever reach audiences.

This is a massive win for indie animation, for indie creators generally.
I really hope folks can see past the initial disappointment that they have to wait and endure potential spoilers and let this be a victory.
Putting the TADC finale in theatres isn’t the folks who make the show taking something from you.
I understand the frustration about inevitably seeing spoilers - but that is something all media contends with when it gets popular enough.

considering this and Pete Docter's recent comment about purposefully gutting trans characters and storylines from pitched works, i feel like Disney's just in a state where it's utterly afraid of even the bare minimum with risk taking projects.
This is basically akin to the Iron Lung situation, guys. If you want theaters in your region or theaters close to you to run it then you have to help Glitch Productions in the same way by convincing theaters to screen this by contacting them. Demand from public = more screenings
