NUJ responds to government report on AI and copyright The NUJ has welcomed news that the UK government no longer supports an opt-out exception to copyright for artificial intelligence training.

Lebanon: Israeli airstrikes hit media offices The NUJ has joined the International Federation of Journalists (IFJ) in condemning Israeli forces’ attack on media facilities in Lebanon, as well as the killing of a Palestinian journalist in Gaza.

Anthony Bellanger, IFJ general secretary said: "Deliberate attacks on journalists and media facilities constitute war crimes, and those responsible must be brought before international courts.”
