Hard on the heels of the last cherry blossoms comes the ubiquitous azalea. Gaudy, dazzling and often over the top, it's one of my favourite flowers😊

Aemond learned since young that’s it’s amazing how much the other person would reveal when you shut up and let them fill the silence. Through Nyra and Daemon’s angry rants, he gets a vague inkling of what Luke did.

Best part? It’s all a lie.
Lucerys hasn’t even so much as kissed Aemond. He just doesn’t want him to die.

Before his rationality can catch up with him, Lucerys yells “YOU CAN’T AEMOND IS THE FATHER OF MY CHILD!”
TB: What?
Lucerys: That night, after dinner, we apologised and one thing lead to another and— you can’t kill him, my child deserves a father.

Lucerys brain near whites out from the terror.
To his great horror, everybody walks talking about the WAYS to get Aemond out of the picture, but even the lightest involves shutting him in the dungeons and throwing away the key.

Lucerys is really glad. He believed that a large part of the family dissolution is because he took Aemond’s eye. Now that he is here, Lucerys can finally apologise. It can be the first step of the family healing.

Daemon suggests killing Aemond to take Vhagar out of the picture.

Storm’s End but because Aemond hurt himself trying to avoid committing nephewcide and falls off Vhagar, Lucerys ends up taking him back to Dragonstone.
(Vhagar follows, but she is like, huh guess I am back home and takes a nap.)
