50 push-ups (I can do 0)
50 squats (I can do 6 in good form)
50 back bends (not an issue)
50 crunches (I can do about 15 in good form)

Yeah, it is. I think he made the others aware of his behaviour by going full contact and making me bleed. A lot of the guys was worried about me and made sure I was okay. He'll slip up again. He seems to have an issue with women in karate, as the others also think he's too hard on them.

Nope, the others was training other things and didn't notice the majority of the action. He has it in for me, so I knew it would be tough, but I didn't expect full contact.

Today's achievement at martial arts training. Training against black belt, me being 6 grades under him. He went into full contact, I stayed within the rules. What a psycho.
