The manuscript goes beyond applications in oncology as we have used it for other brain disorders, and have also developed deep learning algorithm to improve signal detection.
We have applied it to detect brain metastatic cells with high accuracy, which opens up tons of new possibilities at the preclinical level (i.e., study the cells left behind after neurosurgery).
