Excited to share our work at @natcomms.nature.com
We used single cell proteomics to define the functional heterogeneity of human neutrophils in glioblastoma, finding pro and anti-tumorigenic effector states invisible to scRNAseq.
SCP will revolutionise immunology, this is just the start

Our most recent work entitled “Hypoxia induces histone clipping and H3K4me3 loss in neutrophil progenitors resulting in long-term impairment of neutrophil immunity” is now published. Well done @mas-g.bsky.social. rdcu.be/eM5MT

I’m happy to share our latest work on tumour necrosis! During my time in the @megeblad.bsky.social lab, we found that tumour necrosis is not a passive phenomenon secondary to tumour growth, but an active phenomenon driven by neutrophils and NETs! Thread below: (1/13)

Did you ever wonder why metastatic cancers often spread to the lungs? Amazing research from @ginevradoglioni.bsky.social! Many thanks to all collaborators, funders and patients. Wishing you all an enjoyable read and a happy new year and Ginevra a great next endeavor @salkinstitute.bsky.social
#InterferonPower! Khan Tran Divanghai &co show @natimmunol.bsky.social that systemic fungal b-glucan administration potentates granulopoieis via type I IFNs (not IL1!) driving IL10-producing neutrophils that protect against lung influenza A virus infection increasing immune tolerance, not resistance
Thanks. I’d love to be added.
