I had the pleasure of meeting 9 year old CJ, and his 2 & 1/2 year old brother recently on a flight from ATL to Fort Lauderdale. You see the smile on this Young King’s face?! That was real, he was really excited to join me up on the flightdeck after the flight. He was holding a bag of food before the pic, and he accidentally forgot it after he had left the flightdeck, so mom, Naecole, please tell CJ next time you bring him through the airport for a flight, lunch is on me!! Big shoutout to Katherine, who is one of our Stellar DELTA Gate Agents, based at BWI! We met recently as I was walking to my gate in the early morning hours, prior to sunrise. Out of my peripheral to the left, I saw her on a deadline vector headed towards me, and when it was apparent I was who she intended to speak to, I made eye contact and she introduced herself lol. So, funny story behind this pic lol. Sadaf is a Red Coat with DELTA, based at Houston Bush. I was taking photos after the flight with passengers and other DELTA employees who knew me and she came up and stood next to me to take a pic too. After the shot I asked her what social platform she follows me on, and she said, “oh, I have no idea who you are, I just saw everyone else taking pics with you and figured I should too” 🤣 🤣.
