Flight status screen for Delta Airlines flight DL0142 from Seattle to Amsterdam. Departure delayed to 13:59, arrival now expected early at 07:57. Shows nonstop duration of 9h55m and status ‘Awaiting Takeoff'. However, it seems the new arrival time isn't corrext due to disregarding DST change in The Netherlanss during the flight.
Timezones are difficult, but combined with DST it's even more complex.
Somehow the iOS #Delta app doesn't know how to correctly handle DST changes in The Netherlands during the flight (3am local time) when the arrival time has to be updated. It should be a delay, not arriving earlier...

Hey @pivotpod.bsky.social love your POD but wanted to clarify regarding #Delta, they had to do that because they got caught transporting the 5 year old that #ICE used as bait to get his father deported and the Delta flight was used from MN to TX to the detention center that is horrendous.
