Anyone every use a Seahorse analyzer to look at bacteria? I figure it *could* work if you can use it with isolated mitochondria but I'd love to use it with biofilms! It seems like a cool thing and eukaryotic people shouldn't have all the fun! #Microbiology 🦠

Hi friends, I am teaching an upper level elective on bacterial genetics and physiology (loosely defined). I use 1-3 papers weekly so am looking for new papers and/or preprints to share with class! I like to keep the literature recent (last 2-3 years) and hot off the press is always fun for everyone!
