9. This conference was the very beginning of August when #OMB threatened #NIH with the rescission. It was only two weeks after our meeting with Dr. Bhattacharya when the threat of retaliation for signing the #BethesdaDeclaration was fresh.

I disagree. I'm going to do science comms with my colleagues. And too many OCPL members were RIFd. It's my service to this country to keep their torch going. If I don't, then what are we fighting for, if anything? #BethesdaDeclaration #defendresearch #defenddata
