Finally, I got a much warmer, woodier, wider, and richer tone after removing the ES2 pickup from the bridge. I guess it was acting as a frequency/harmonics filter

The reason I did it was because of a slightly metallic/plastic sound. I noticed it ever since I bought this guitar. Yeah, it sounded good, but I could still hear those plastic overtones

I replaced the saddle with a bone one. Then I changed the bridge pins from plastic to ebony. Good, but not enough

Just removed all the electronics from my #Taylor guitar. Looks cozy, doesn’t it?
