I really like this idea for deriving the quotient rule, my only concern is that my students will then use the product rule to differentiate a quotient (some being very lazy).

That's very kind, thank you!

These look perfect for the end of term. A very cheeky ask - are you able to share them? I'm looking for alternatives to Pirates (can't face it anymore, I'm done ๐Ÿ˜”)

It's coming to that time of year again...what can I do in my last lesson with Yr12? I'm really over 'priates' much to their horror ๐Ÿ˜‚. Anyone got a fun lesson up their sleeve they are willing to share? #alevelmaths #endofyear #notpiratesagain

Love this documentary. Makes me emotional every time I watch it.

We've just spotted one at our school. Thought it just looked different enough. Bought on Amazon, disappointing.

I don't understand why there hasn't been an official comment from Edexcel. Better that than leave teachers and students to speculate about the paper. Absolutely appalling from Pearson.

This looks just what I need for my class. Can you point me in the right direction to find them on Maths it. There's so much on the site I get a bit lost!

Thanks! One of our teachers from the USA was using a different definition. She was using the p-value as the actual significance level. Do you think it has a different definition in the USA?

Struggling to understand p-values with binomial hypothesis testing. Are they the same as actual significance levels? Should you use the CR to find them? Marking this question from Edexcel mock papers but not convinced by mark scheme. Can anyone help please? #Alevelmaths
