Living in the anti-meritocracy is constantly demoralizing. Good work gets punished while scams are rewarded, which contributes to national scale burnout. We're all in burnout.
I can relate so much to this. 15 yrs in IT industry, never took me more than a month to find a new job when i needed to, hell, i would get recommended by so many ppl that i could pick which job was better for me. Since 2023, i don't even get emails back, not even an invitation for a "skills test"
