Great insights for tabletop rpg creators too. When the space you love to create in is not awash in cash, you need careful planning and a lot of hard work to make it a liveable career. Most overnight successes I’ve heard of required 20 years of steady work to manifest.

2025 was an interesting year, probably the best year I've ever had both professionally and personally.
I've done a lot of art direction the past few years, but this year I finally felt all the gears lock into place and I really found my stride.
