When I meet an autist that describes themselves as high masking it often becomes increasingly more obvious over time that it is less that they are "high masking" and more that they have polite friends who have decided their eccentricities are charming.

The notetaking software I was given, Genio, is pretty accurate for transcriptions, including technical language, and it has both a web app and phone app. However, I can't see whether they use generative AI for this. I haven't used the live captions functionality so can't speak on that.
