Is the US committing war crimes by targeting Iran’s civilian infrastructure? International law experts ‘seriously concerned’ about ‘strikes on schools, health centres and homes’ in contravention of Geneva conventions

The answer is a resounding yes if you agree to Geneva Convention protocols prohibiting terrorizing civilian populations. But the problem is that everybody else is doing it too, instead of limiting war to military targets. So to act against a near-universal practice, there are two possible solutions:
