私たちの最新研究では、「地形の険しさ（起伏の激しさ）が、社会の権威主義的なリーダーシップを支持する傾向を強める」ことを実証しました。つまり、山がちな地域ほど、上下関係が明確な統治やリーダーが好まれる傾向にあるのです。
