Innsbruck is a city straight out of a fantasy book or video game! Everywhere you look the buildings are so aesthetic. Even the public transport teams and buses have this nice maroon color. The old town is car free and such a pleasure to walk by foot.

Oat flour is just pulsed oats in a food processor. I use a rice-pea protein blend for this.

Recipe (4 bars):
1. Preheat oven to 200c (400 freedom units)
2. Mix 100g oat flour, 40g oats, 70g peanut flour, 50g unflavoured vegan protein powder, 50g erythritol and a dash of salt in a large bowl.
3. Add in 360g soy milk and mix well.
4. Transfer to a rectangular container. Bake for 25 min.

Plant based protein bars I make:
- They taste amazing
- Are very large and filling
- Great macros: 35g protein & 360kcal per bar

Yes it works pretty well for me. 3tbsp water +1tbsp ground flax seeds. But I buy pre-ground. Aquafaba or soy protein isolate works as well.

Do you have a link to the recipe? The consistency of this looks far better than any of my cakes.
