Since listening to @fieldguidespod.bsky.social ep 29, I will never stop thinking of their alternate common name of “George Michael in the banana stand”.

I’ve gotta rec The Secret Agent which is back at the Belcourt. But try to watch Pictures of Ghosts before you go - will make you appreciate everything about the setting and the cinemas much more. Definitely the Oscar nom that has stayed with me the most (haven’t seen them all yet).

What would you compare the flavor to? I had some 10 years ago in Hong Kong, but cannot remember the flavor at all!
