Investments in health workers pay off! 1/2 of the world’s economic growth from 2013-2023 was the result of improved health. And research shows that addressing the shortage in health workers by 2030 could boost the global economy by $1.1 trillion.

So what are we waiting for?

Poor working conditions put significant strain on health workers, affecting their physical & mental well-being. This contributes to high turnover rates & negatively impacts the care quality.

Leaders must improve working conditions by ensuring fair compensation & adequate staffing & resources. #WHWW
