On floor six I got Unhatched Embers(When taking mortal damage, fix HP to 1 for the attack; After Attack, heal 20% of max HP.)

These effects are all once per encounter and pretty much make you immortal. Lastly Ishmael has a gloom S3 which means she can easily abuse the Gray Coat Ego gifts for heals

EGO gifts:
At the beginning chose Manor shaped music box(Turn End: when Staggered, recover from Stagger) and
Emergency Investigator Badge (When this unit takes lethal damage, their HP does not drop below 1, instantly heals 80% of their max HP, and recovers from Stagger.)
