Trying out a Recumbent Cross Trainer, which helps people with #MultipleSclerosis stay active with low-impact exercise. It’s designed to improve strength, balance, & health. The Italian MS Society is publishing important research on the best rehab approaches. Grateful to learn from them! #MSRehab

The Italian MS Society’s #SentiComeMiSento workshops help us all understand invisible MS symptoms. Tools include TENS machines for tremors, scratched glasses for optic neuritis, gloves for sensory loss, and weights for fatigue. These simulations build awareness of MS challenges. #MSAwareness

Watching Season 2 of #Severance, I wonder if embodying my “innie” from 9 to 5 and my “outie” from 5 to 9 would improve balance. Right now, it’s just a work to-do list by day and a home to-do list by night. What would it feel like to truly switch between these parts of myself?

Thankyou. Why do you think people mask their problems? Because the problems are invisible? Because they don't want to be a burden? It's easier to say "I'm fine"? They've experience a lifetime of having their experiences dismissed? Because they think they experience "the normal amount of pain"?

My rule-loving brain wants to pinpoint the exact moment Winter becomes Spring ❄️➡️🌱 Is it when snowdrops bloom? When frost melts? When elder trees bud? But the soft animal part of me knows that seasons blur & blend, one unfolding into the next. No sharp edges, just change in its own time ✨ #Liminality
