That's beautiful. The IKF (International Korfball Federation) long ago recognized Catalunya as a full member, it's natural that sooner or later Euskadi (the Basque Country) has to become a full member of the Federation of its OWN sport. Common sense!

My language learning method is neither best nor worst, just suitable to my needs. Unlike other polyglots I tend to speak as soon as I learn the basics.
Imagine you have a swimming pool where walls are grammar and water is vocabulary. I don't care how much water: I jump from a 10m platform anyway.
As it was a natural language, at least ASL 7 or equivalent if you speak only six languages.
We allow sign languages and we allow Esperanto as a language of its own right, but we don't consider Toki Pona yet due to lack of sufficient academic acceptance.

In order to become a fellow HYPIA member you need to speak, including your native language:
- 6 at B2 level;
or
- 7 at B1 level, three of which at B2 level;
or
- 8 at B1 level.
You don't need any certifications, since the application process is much simpler.
