A mocked up loyalty card, like the ones you get in coffee shops, with 10 circles to tick off every time I say no. In the 10th circle is a rainbow icon, indicating that once I hit 10 I get a reward. The card is entitled: ‘saying no: celebrating setting and maintaining boundaries in 2025’

Halfway through my first ‘saying no’ stamp card for 2025 ✅ Set up as a little accountability tracker with a friend.

In a capitalist society that tells us to grasp every opportunity, it’s healthy to say ‘no’ to some to prioritise rest ☺️

🆘 A school we were going to film in has pulled out for 1st March in Cardiff/surrounding area.

I need a (cost effective) school venue to film 2 interviews in ad walk around (think main hall, corridors, a classroom)

I'm going through official school rent routes but it's £££, anyone able to help?

I wish they would teach kindness in leadership, or how to operationalize humanity and integrity. I’ve experienced this a few times in my career in varying degrees and it fills me with optimism bc creating a better world, a better product, begins with one human at a time.
