The rental market is already cooked which is why it's particularly predatory for companies to force applicants to provide excessive personal and private information on applications - with all the security risks this also entails. We need better privacy laws to ban this from the outset!

Not sure why the government chose this way to manage the NDIS - it'll create unnecessary nonsense over the next few years. They should have forced provider registration, with increased compliance and audits last budget. Then used how that played out to get a more accurate cost of growth areas now.
