i did an active stand test, just my HR -

lying down for 10 minutes - 82
standing up - 140, lightheaded
a few minutes after standing up to o 10 minutes of standing - 115 - 120

(I'm on ADHD meds so I re-tried on a day without - numbers were lower but a similar jump)

the last 3 times i've walked up a specific long set of stairs i've had these palpitations at the top

went up em 7 times, nothin'

and of course the fluttery palpitations I've had pretty consistently with exercise didn't really happen while I was wearing the monitor
