I do think tech companies are underestimating the amount of

- new app fatigue
- useless upgrade fatigue
- terms of service fatigue

First Nike pace-shamed walkers at UK Parkruns. Got an official response from the head of parkrun and ultimately removed the signs due to backlash. Now, they've tried the same at the Boston Marathon. We already had reason to #BoycottNike as part of #BoycottUSA, but this is just further fuel.
And the US has not been a great ally to anyone. They reap what they sow.
