🚨 Critical Security Alert for Kubernetes Users! 🚨
If you're using ingress-nginx (and over 40% of you are!), a new critical vulnerability, CVE-2025-1974, could allow attackers to take over your Kubernetes clusters.
Stay safe and patch your clusters ASAP!
I just removed it from everything… forcing function :)
Got some unexpected #jfrog swag
It’s like eating a massive dumpling from a batch of chicken and dumplings. I made this, so I’m going to eat it, but I wouldn’t subject anyone else to this haha
Just made the world’s densest loaves of bread. Still delicious though
Starting #AdventOfCode with #Zig and #Swift. Let’s see which I like more :)
I write Go more because I get paid to, but I find myself moving more and more to Rust for various reasons.
@tailscale.com has some really really good write ups
I’ve been flip-flopping between #Rust and #Go for a while now… but I think @fasterthanli.me finally put the nail in the Go coffin for me haha

What kind of trouble are you running into?
I feel like it would have to have been good in the first place for it to be “even better” haha
👋
I haven’t figured Tetragon out yet, but Cillium, Hubble, and Falco are 😘
Just a matter of time. They’ll go where the people are, and there are very few real people left on the other one lol
👋
Anyone familiar with #dagger.io ?
If so, what are the footguns and pitfalls I should be watching out for.
Seems like I might be having to use that rather than #Nix on my CI pipelines :/ lol
🤯
I’ve been able to use my #ADHD as a software engineering super power for years, but recently, that feels so much harder. Any new strategies or tips out there I should look into?
I second the confirmation
I did that with terraform once… was a sad day
#Aerospace vs #Amethyst vs #Yabai for #MacOS
aaaaand go!
Anyone else working the newborn nightshift and finding more energy now because there is less human interaction?
Never heard of it, I’ll have to check it out
I keep hearing good things, but no I haven’t honestly. I’ll give it a shot
Hello #Golang folks. I'm making a feed of all things Go and would like any suggestions you might have.
Some obvious thoughts are the defacto libraries we all use and love, but if you have suggestions and/or folks that should be included. Let me know.

I made a very similar change this week as well (although not to Silverblue — but now my interest is piqued). I jumped over to Fedora WS with nix+home-manager. I’m finding it to be less “experiment” feeling lol
I love the whole system config of nixos too, there are a handful of apps I need to use though that aren’t open source and don’t have nixpkg entries :(
