One of my favorite places that we have explored is the Oregon coast. This photo is while we were near Coos Bay. I loved that pelicans and sea gulls sat on the wooden posts watching the Coast Guard practicing different maneuvers.

Now I understand why the station near us can offer diesel 70 cents to a dollar less per gallon. Still outrageously high, but better than the other options!
