Treat inbox clear out as bi-daily task. Unsubscribe, filter, archive mercilessly (recommend doom archiving like doom scrolling). Reply instantly to <1-2 min tasks. Flag or folder + Trello card follow-up items. Snooze sparingly. Trello becomes to-do list. Accept temporary periods of defeat
