A molecular glue’ compound led to potent ChREBPα/14-3-3 PPI stabilization, retained ChREBPα in the cytoplasm, and efficiently protected β-cells from glucolipotoxicity while maintaining β-cell identity. @naturecomms.bsky.social www.nature.com/articles/s41...

We shows that molecular glues of the ChREBP/14-3-3 complex protect beta cells from glucolipotoxicity. This could lead to new treatments for Diabetes by preserving beta cell function. www.nature.com/articles/s41...

Flyer for NYC Stand Up for Science Rally: March 7, 2025, Washington Square Park, 12-3pm. The flyer also reads: Science is for everyone. Find your local rally site and other ways to get involved: standupforscience2025.org. A blue Statue of Liberty is included on the left.
✨NYC Stand Up for Science Rally: March 7 (12-3pm)✨ This event is a call to protect publicly funded science from political interference and to reaffirm that diversity, equity, inclusion, and access are essential to scientific progress. @standupforscience.bsky.social (permit pending for location)
Making America great means supporting research that saves lives, improves health, and drives new technology. Freezing NIH funding hurts all of us. Let’s tell our leaders to INCREASE funding for the NIH and keep America at the forefront of science and innovation!
Happy to be a part of this amazing interdiciplinary reseach group!
Happy and proud to be part of this interdisiplinary research group!
New work led by Liora Katz at Mt. Sinai along with colleagues of a non-degrading molecular glue between a TF (ChREBP) and a 14-3-3 protein which effectively traps the TF in the nucleus, thereby preventing activation of its target genes in the nucleus. Congratulations!

That is great! Can you please add me to this pack?
Great minds! I joined Bluesky yesterday
