Veterinary treatment plan/invoice for a female dog named Maple, detailing estimated charges of $7,130 for elbow surgery, hospitalization, and related medical supplies/services.

The good news is that Maple can live pain-free again.
She needs corrective elbow surgery, estimated at $7,200, to repair the damage and give her back her mobility.

Without it, her pain will only worsen but with it, she can finally run, play, and live like every dog deserves.
