I have finally started getting ratings and reviews from the more frustrating parts of Royal Road. I would very much appreciate if anyone who is okay with waiting to find out how things work would be interested in checking out the story.

They should never make a third season, and judging from the end of S2 they are extremely aware of that.

Just. My god. What a feat.

Finished Deadloch S2

That is a perfect television show. One of the most incredible things I've ever seen.

A profoundly queer, thoughtful, hilarious, humanist police show that does not flinch away from basically every problem with the modern carceral state.

A miracle it got made. Everyone watch

Random cover tip for whoever needs it—look at it in thumbnail in a larger image (with other covers in the genre).

Is the title readable?

Is the author name?

Do you get a sense of what the genre is before you zoom in?

Thumbnail is the first way people often see your cover.

Don’t neglect it.

From the author of the wonderful Bottle Blondes (peak het t4c story btw) comes this recommendation! I very much echo the sentiment.

Highly recommend Goosey's Queen Promotion! ♟️👑

It is genuinely exquisitely written and had me smile, rage, cry and laugh along with tonnes of other fans. :D

I can see the concerned eyes of the woman who looks like me, though I don’t know how I register her look as one of concern.

She must be like me, even though she is wearing strange clothes, and is hiding some of her appearance. There’s a cable running between us that has an indefinable warmth, beyond the slightly warmer than human body temperature we both possess.

How is she here? Who is she?

I don’t know. Everything happening now is too difficult for me to work out.

A new chapter on Scribblehub of Kimmehverse (just three more to go!). Content warnings for identity death and suicide, and generally dark things happening when Emily arrives home to find a very disturbing scene.
