This is the first book of a series. This is also the slowest slow burn to ever slow burn.
I would recommend this book to anyone who likes urban fantasy with queer characters but doesn’t expect smut or a romance to be the main point.

Demon Dating Service by Jocelynn Drake
The book falls flat in most of the important areas: characters and plot. Even the villains in this one aren’t very original and are caricatures of any homophobic asshole out there.
All in all, this is a fast but mediocre read.

It’s not very long, and there is very little drama; in fact, this is mostly sweet and funny, and a bit sexy too.

I binged this on a weekend. It’s that good. I adore the art. Especially the colors. Everything is warm and cozy.
There are a lot of funny moments, but also hot ones. Love Is Loading is on the cute side & doesn’t have a lot of drama.Read on Tapas.

The problem of this book is the plot, or the lack thereof.
Another letdown is the villain.
2 stars, because I enjoyed the beginning of it. Everything else, however, let me down. Even the sex scenes.

That might be true, but defintions change, and isekai is not exotic in my country. I also think that manga and anime aren't a niche thing anymore, manga are right there in evey bookstore in my country alongside fantasy. And let's not forget that every language borrows words from other langauges.

I've liked it from the begining, they are cute together and I read the second book by now, but not the third yet. I would rec it to anyone who wants to dip their toes into bl manga and wants a cute couple with good communication.
