Surgeon General Issues Advisory on Alcohol, Cancer Link Of all breast cancer cases in the U.S., 16.4% are directly linked to alcohol consumption.

An advisory from the US Surgeon General highlights the link between alcohol consumption and #cancer, and calls for updated warning labels and more provider and patient education.
