Considering working on French and Indian War at a small scale, like 10mm, to recreate forts and battlefields here in Western Pennsylvania. Has anyone wargamed that conflict at small scale?

I'm thankful for advice on basing and rule systems (thinking Black Powder but open to others)! #wargaming

Kicking off my new series looking at how the UK was defended during the Second World War, I'm going to start by looking at a period before war had even been declared!

This is HMS Star , she was built in 1898 and is a destroyer.

So technically the Royal Navy had an Imperial Star Destroyer

If anyone is struggling against the rising tide of AI slop I've written a short blog post on how to try and avoid it. Nothing groundbreaking, but you might find it helpful.

A brace of Aides de Camp completed for GDA2 - all the gorgeous AB 15mm sculpts. The chap in red is from Berthier's staff, quite the fancy uniform. I'll be basing these up as a batch with a few other units i've almost finished - Cuirassiers and Marie Louises. #wargaming #spreadthelard

Some psychotic break must have occurred, because I'm attempting landsknechts in 3mm!

First use of acrylic paint pens - plus a stupid go at an imperial eagle.
