Just saying, I've done a bunch of test tasks in the last couple of years, didn't get the gig, but the positions are still available. It seems like I just gave companies cheap labor.

It seems like companies can fulfill their needs by contracting applicants for $100 to perform "experience tasks" and "testing phases" instead of actually hiring anyone. Is that a thing?
