Fly-tipping hotspot on Horsenden Lane across Elm Tree Surgery
Green Party councillor candidate for North Greenford, Korhan Tunca, observing the dump site across Elm Tree Surgery.
Google Maps, street views from 5 years ago shows the plot was in a decent condition.
The warning sign on the fence as seen on Google Maps. Both the fence and the sign on it disappeared since.
Opposite Elm Trees Surgery on Horsenden Lane, the site has gone backwards.
Last weekend it was a fly‑tipping hotspot.
But five years ago it had a proper fence, a clear anti‑dumping sign, CCTV notice and a clean plot.
Now we’re left with a clumsy barrier and no real oversight. North Greenford, Ealing
