INTRODUCING YOUR GREEN PARTY CANDIDATE
JACK GROOM
FOR BARTON & WINTON
VOTE FOR JACK ON 22nd APRIL
ABOUT JACK:
I live just off Barton Lane and have worked nearby in the heritage sector for the last nine years. I
currently serve as a trade union rep, campaigning for workers' better pay and conditions, and am the
proud father of two young children. I am passionate about building a better future for our area in
the interests of all residents.
Labour failures in Salford and across the country are letting our communities down, while
Reform only offer division. A vote for the Green Party is a vote to make hope normal again.
Promoted by David Jones on behalf of Chloe King and Salford & Bury Green Party all at 12
Kenneth Square, Salford M7 4UP. Printed by Leafletfrog, 38-39 Britannia Way, Bolton BL2 2HH,
using vegetable-based ink, recycled paper and low energy printers.

○ Prioritise council homes and local businesses as part of Eccles' regeneration
● GOOD SCHOOLS & YOUTH SERVICES

○ Increase local SEND provision so every child can thrive
○ Provide more youth services and opportunities
● BETTER TRANSPORT
○ A Barton Upon Irwell tram stop
○ Step-free access to Eccles and Patricroft train stations
● AN INDEPENDENT VOICE FOR CHANGE
○ Green councillors are not told how to vote
○ I will be free to speak up for you and
our community, holding Salford Council to account
The Green Party came second in Barton and Winton the last time we had local elections. We have grown locally since and shown we can win big in Greater Manchester. Vote for me in the by-election on 22 April to elect Salford's first @greenparty.org.uk councillor and #MakeHopeNormalAgain.
