Over the past few months, I’ve been learning the power of pausing—of stepping back to see more clearly. Out of that pause came a vision shaped by grace, rest, and belonging.
I share it in my latest post + podcast, A Vision to See By. Check it out on Substack or you fav podcast app!

Thinking about turning my Lenten devotionals into a book with a 40-day devotional + a couch-to-5K plan. It’d include runs, workouts, and resources to support your journey. Should I go for it? I’d love your thoughts!

Daylight Savings time change really throw off anybody else’s body clock? Just me?
Society needs a wholesale redefining of community and how we can engage with one another. Breaking through the feeling of parasocial relationships to some of genuine connectiveness is what will allow us to see the grace of God in digital spaces.
Today’s devotion is about intentional stillness. We can’t always be on the run…stop and connect with God.
Failure can invite resurrection. Only if we allow it to not end our story but create space for a new one.
Excited to be in group with @www.pixelandpulpit.com learning more about the space of digital church and what it means to make community connections digitally. This is community!

Important Reminder for Clergy:
"Although God has called you to serve, God does not desire you to serve to the detriment of yourself and your own well-being. Clergy and ministry leaders are called to build a wholesome life that maintains a healthy work/life balance."
Be leaders in empathy, online and offline. That's what makes us truly human.
The more I think about it. America has never “removed God” from anywhere. What they have tried to do is remake God into their own image, thereby turning America into God.
That is the ultimate sin of America

I GOT TO RUN!!!
Originally thought the rain was going to stop me, but got myself out knowing it would make me feel better! And it did!!!
When it is a gross, rainy day, but you want to run—like really badly, but you're still recovering and trying to be smart. Guess I'll focus on some strength training and stretching today instead—and I am ok with that decision. #runsmarter #2025goals #running
This weeks sermon writing:
Scripture: Luke 13:31-35—The Hens and the Chicks
Remaining focused and committed in the face of risky and dangerous situations. Jesus comforts us in these times like a hen does her brood.
I swear, I prepped this series back in Decemeber.

If you run, YOU ARE A RUNNER—no debate, no exceptions. No one can take that from you. A true running community lifts each other up, not tears each other down. Let’s embrace that spirit together!
Dive into my latest writing and support the work that fuels this community.
Sermon This Morning: “What God Values”—Galatians 5:22-6:10
Focusing on living and producing the fruit of the Spirit. Bear witness of these fruits as we live. We cannot do this living by the law that causes oppression and injustice counter to God’s Kin-dom.
That moment after you do run club then pick your child up from her sport and you get home only to need to make the decision of nap or eat—which to do first. #tired #running #life

I made the decision to better focus my mental energy on social media networks I use regularly to get rid of the feeling to perform on a platform because I have an account.
A difficult decision, but one I had been pondering for months now. As some of you who I am friends with over there know, I have officially scheduled my Facebook account for deletion.
