Third time working with the mighty High of Fire on some artwork. Followed an expansive route with this one, being a lot less obvious -from nightmares, to machine elves, to cracking open the head, to tributes to the fallen and their journey further on.

A person whose flesh has decided to depart to the night sky, via strands and bulbous humming string. Filled with teeth and resembling a human only in passing, the person's hands and forearms seem to be both an expression of horror as well as melding together into a pyramidal new face...before finally departing altogether.

Long time, people of the sky. Here's a creepy bookmark I drew up for a limited rebind of "Gothic" by Philip Fracassi, released by Hatteras Path editions. Hopefully, if you've read the book you'll know who this character is. Microns on bristol.
